What can ruin your jewel?

There are several elements and situations that can ruin your jewel. So here are some tips:

-Avoid your jewels coming into direct contact with perfume or other alcohol-based products, these substances can in fact wear down both gold and silver. So get into the habit of wearing them once you have finished your make-up and hairstyle so as not to expose them to any aggressive products

- Try to avoid getting your jewelry wet as much as possible. In fact, water causes rust over time and makes metals duller, so simple gestures, such as washing your hands, must be done with extreme attention, especially if you wear silver.

- Remember never to go swimming forgetting rings, necklaces or various bracelets on you, the chlorine present in swimming pools and hot tubs could damage both stones and metals, including gold

- Never store jewelry in the bathroom, especially if it's silver. In fact, humidity can damage both metals and stones. The simple water vapor that forms while you take a shower could cause damage, even if they are simply placed on the sink next to them. So remember to remove rings and bracelets before even entering the bathroom

- It is essential that your jewels are normally stored in a cool, dry and dark place, as humidity and sunlight can wear out both the most precious metals and the costume jewellery. So opt for a lined jewelry box that you usually keep tightly closed

- Always remember that some types of necklaces, such as those with pearls, must be laid out on a support surface, especially if they are strung on silk fibers, otherwise they risk stretching over time, leaving the unsightly space between a bead and the 'other. Also, keep in mind that pearls need to be rethreaded every two years if you want to maintain the initial proportions of the necklace as well as its original luminous appearance.

What do you need to clean the jewel?

To clean your jewel you need some tools that will help you bring it back to perfect condition:

• Container
• Hot water
• Detergent
• Toothbrush with soft bristles
• Clean, soft cloth.

How to measure rings

To measure your ring you can use two different and both valid methods:take the measurements of the finger where you will wear the jewel or those of the ring you already own.

Measure a ring you already own

Take a ruler and place your ring on its straight line, at millimeters. The diameter of your jewel will correspond to the space between one side of the ring and the other. Count the millimeters and check, in the table above, which ring size they correspond to.

Diritto di recesso                                            Nel caso in cui il Prodotto si presenti danneggiato/difettoso, il Cliente è tenuto a dettagliare per iscritto a sarahmerlino@libero.it entro 24 ore, tutti i danni rilevati.

Eventuali danni all'imballo e/o al prodotto o la mancata corrispondenza del numero dei colli o delle indicazioni causati durante il trasporto tramite società di trasporti, devono essere immediatamente contestati, apponendo una riserva di controllo scritta sulla prova di consegna del Corriere. Una volta firmato il documento del Corriere, il Cliente non potrà opporre alcuna contestazione circa le caratteristiche esteriori di quanto consegnato.

Sarah sostituirà gratuitamente qualsiasi Prodotto difettato.

Se per qualunque ragione il Cliente non fosse soddisfatto dell’ordine, può restituire il prodotto acquistato entro 14 (quattordici) giorni dalla data di consegna, in linea con quanto regolato dall’articolo 64 del Codice del Consumo.

Sarah rimborserà il costo per intero dei Prodotti che siano restituiti dal Cliente non usati e non danneggiati.

Il diritto di recesso può essere esercitato esclusivamente dal Cliente e in nessun caso dal destinatario di un eventuale regalo.

L’accettazione del reso potrà avvenire solo previa autorizzazione da parte di Sarah stessa.

Resi non ammessi:
- articoli offerti in sconto
- articoli personalizzati o                   realizzati su richiesta del Cliente                                                            - articoli in attività promozionali

Il Cliente può scegliere in autonomia il corriere con cui effettuare la spedizione. Restano a carico del cliente i rischi relativi alla restituzione e i costi di spedizione.

Il riaccredito verrà effettuato sul conto corrente corrispondente alla carta di credito utilizzata per il pagamento. In alternativa, se l’acquisto è stato pagato tramite bonifico bancario il riaccredito viene effettuato sul conto corrente del cliente.
